Simple Greek Salad

In Europe salads are served as a course during meal time.
Most families serve an appetizer, salad, then the entrée.
Our family enjoys eating salads year long.
We are lucky enough to have a local grocery chain where fresh product always pleases.
Menu: Serve with a crunchy bread and if wine always a white wine.

Greek Salad
Cherry tomatoes, cut up
White or yellow onions, cut up into thin slices
Green pepper, I prefer a bell pepper.
Greek olives
Feta cheese, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Lettuce
Tip: Recipe suggests you serve with a fennel dressing.
I prefer extra virgin olive oil.

Mix the cherry tomatoes, white or yellow onions, and green pepper. Add some Greek olives and some feta cheese. Toss with salt and pepper, a little oregano and your dressing of preference.
