- Dip recipe: mix 1 cup light mayonnaise, 1/4 cup mango chutney, and 1/2 teaspoon curry powder. Refrigerate 1 hour then serve with snack crackers.
- Mix 1/2 cup light mayo ad 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Spread evenly over 4 tilapia fillets. Place in oven at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
