Grilled Flank Steak with Olive Oil Mojo Sauce

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup chopped lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
3 tablespoons line juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. freshly grated lime zest
3/4 tsp. ground cumin
3/4 tsp. salt
1 pound lean flank steak, trimmed
1/4 tsp. black pepper

1.  Combine the oil, orange juice, cilantro, basil, lime juice, garlic, zest, cumin, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Combine the flank steak and 3 tablespoons oil mixture in a separate bowl, turning to coat. Refrigerate the steak at least 2 hours or up to 4 hours, turning occasionally.

2.  Prepare the grill for medium-high heat.
3.  Remove the steak from the bowl and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Set on the grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill, turning once, 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare or until the desired level of doneness. Transfer to a cutting board and let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice across the grain. Divide among 4 plates and spoon the remaining oil mixture over the steak.
