Cooking Tip: Pork

Is your pork done?
If you cook pork until all of the pink is gone, you are liking over cooking making it dry.
Pork that is cooked to an internal temperture of 145 degrees F. Then allowed to rest for 3 minutes is safe to eat even if it still alittle pink inside.
Cured pork,smoked pork chops, and cured ham is pink before and after cooking.
