Floating Fruit Parfaits

Ingredients

1/2  cup sliced strawberries
3/4  cup boiling water
1  package 4 serving size Jello O Brand Strawberry
Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin, or any flavor
1/2  cup cold water
3/4  cup ice cubes
1  cup plus 6 Tablespoons thawed cool whip lite whipped topping.

Directions

Divide fruit among 6 parfaits glasses.
Stir boiling water into gelatin until dissolved.
Stir in cold water and ice cubes until ice melts.
Pour 3/4  cup gelatin over strawberries in glasses.
Refrigerate 20 minutes until set but not firm.

Stir 1 cup whipped topping into remaining gelatin with whisk until smooth.
Spoon over gelatin in glasses. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
Makes 6 servings.
