Baked Pork Chops And Potatoes
4 pork loins
2 Tablespoons milk
Container cornbread stuffing mix
20 ounce bag of frozen roasted potatoes
Dip 4 pork loins in a mixture of 1 beaten egg and 2 tablespoons milk.
Coat with 1 cup crushed cornbread stuffing mix.
Place pork chops on one side of a baking dish or pan.
Add one 20 ounce package of frozen roasted potatoes to other side of the pan.
Bake 425 degrees F. for 25 to 30 minutes
